Cleaning wounds with Probiotic Dermo Care spray reduces the risk of potentially dangerous infections such as MRSA in pets. Staphylococci bacteria occur naturally on the skin. They do not usually cause any problems providing they stay outside of the body. However, they can be the cause of serious infections especially Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) if they enter the body via wounds or abrasions.
In addition, Probiotic Dermo Care is a true innovation as it does not induce harmful bacteria to mutate and develop resistance (antimicrobial resistance). This helps to maintain the effectiveness and protection we need from antibiotics in more serious situations.
Instructions for use
Preparation: Clean hands thoroughly before caring for a skin wound/abrasion so as to reduce risk of introducing infection. For severe and infected wounds, wear disposable gloves. Shave the hair around the wound if necessary to help maintain cleanliness and to stop hair contaminating the wound. Gently clean the wound with warm water and remove loose scabs. Dab carefully to dry.
Wound dressing: Shake bottle before use. Lightly spray with Probiotic Dermo Care. Apply a new clean non-stick dressing or bandage if required. Use twice daily until all signs of infection are gone, and the wound shows signs of healing, then reduce to once daily.
