Terms and Conditions

The majority of products offered for sale through this store are officially considered to be "unproven".  Whilst Roger has ensured to his ability and satisfaction that the products are efficacious and of good quality, customers acknowledge that we are all individuals and what helps one individual cannot be guaranteed to help all individuals.  It is your responsibility to ensure that any products you buy are suitable for you or your animal(s). If you or your animal(s) are on any medication please check with your primary health professional(s) to ensure compatibility with any other current treatment, medication or supplements.  If you experience any adverse reaction from any of the products, then stop taking/using them immediately and contact me and/or your relevant health professional for advice.

Products should only be used/taken in line with product instructions for use. Buyers acknowledge that it is their responsibility to establish the correct use/dose for each situation prior to use.  If you have any doubts over dose please contact Roger for advice.  Purchases should be considered as experimental and no responsibility is accepted in the unlikely event of any unexpected and/or unpredictable adverse effects.

Refunds are paid according to the Returns Policy. If there is a fault with the product, or any mistake on my part in fulfilling your order, then you will be refunded in full, unreservedly. If you require a refund for any other reason, I reserve the right to deduct and retain the amount equivalent to the fees charged by Stripe for processing your card payment, or my Bank charge for processing your BACS. These fees are not refunded to me in the event I have to refund you. I see no reason why I should be out of pocket through no fault of my own.

If you are at all concerned or unhappy with these Terms and Conditions then I would advise you not to buy anything from this store and only seek conventional treatment through your regular Doctor or Veterinary Surgeon.
