Returns Policy
Products may only be returned if not as described, or if I have made an error in sending out your order. Please notify me within 48 hours of receipt, prior to returning any product in order to discuss your issue in case there is a misunderstanding. It is regretted that reimbursement cannot be given for opened consumable products, or where misuse has caused damage to the product as this renders the product un-resaleable. Products being returned must be sent back by trackable post or courier at your expense, unless I am at fault - in which case you will be reimbursed your postage cost once I have safely received the returned product. Please keep your receipt for proof of postage and to confirm cost.
If there is a fault with a product, or any mistake on my part in fulfilling your order, then you will be refunded in full, unreservedly. If you require a refund for any other reason, I reserve the right to deduct and retain the amount equivalent to the fees charged by Stripe for processing your card payment, or my Bank charge for processing your BACS. These fees are not refunded to me in the event I have to refund you. I see no reason why I should be out of pocket through no fault of my own.
