I only sell products that I have found to work well and that I have personally taken or take on a regular basis. Likewise, the animal products are only listed after I have satisfied myself that they work in my clinical vet practice. Products for human use are made available within my capacity as a fully insured human practitioner. I do not advise people based on my qualifications as a veterinary surgeon.
With the launch of a new national remote veterinary consultation venture it appears that the RCVS is relaxing its old rules. Whilst in person consultations will always be the gold standard, because it's the only way to be able to do a physical examination myself, I recognise that this is not always essential where a definitive diagnosis has already been made, and it is not always practical for those who live a long way away. Prices are listed without VAT as I am not VAT registered. Prices for products that have to be imported inevitably include an element of the price to cover what Roger has already paid to Customs & Excise in Duty and VAT when they were imported, that you would be liable for if you imported them into the UK yourself.

All credit/debit card transactions are processed by Stripe - a widely used online bank/processor. Consequently, I do NOT get to see your card details and they are not stored by me. If you prefer, you can pay by bank transfer but you will need to do this separately after you have completed the order process; otherwise I won't get to see what you've ordered!
